Could aliens detect Earth from our AI signals?

It is very unlikely that an extraterrestrial civilization could detect Earth specifically because of our AI activity.

Most AI computation happens inside localized data centers and the associated communications are mostly carried over fiber-optic links, which are designed to confine the signal rather than broadcast it into space. Some infrastructure can still produce tiny amounts of incidental electromagnetic leakage, but that would be extremely faint.

Some AI-related traffic does use wireless links such as cellular, Wi‑Fi, or satellite communications. Those signals spread out quickly and become very weak with distance, so from interstellar distances they would be extremely hard to detect unless a civilization had extraordinarily sensitive equipment and was already searching for them.

If aliens noticed Earth, they would be more likely to do so through other signatures, such as our atmosphere’s biosignatures or our stronger deliberate radio emissions, especially radar.
