Should I buy Eero or TP-Link Deco?

When choosing between TP-Link Deco and Amazon eero, the usual tradeoff is value and hardware features versus simplicity and polish.

• Choose TP-Link Deco if you want stronger value for the money, and especially if you care about getting more hardware features like Ethernet ports and multi-gig options at a lower price point.
• Choose Amazon eero if you want the easiest, most polished setup and are okay paying more for that experience.

One important caveat: some advanced eero software features are tied to the paid eero Plus subscription, so factor that into the total cost.
