Usually, no — the Garmin Venu 3 is generally not worth it for sleep tracking only. It’s a full smartwatch, so you’re paying roughly $350–$450 new (and about $250–$350 used/refurbished) for features like GPS workouts, notifications, music controls, and a bright AMOLED display that don’t add much if sleep is your only goal.

If you also want daytime fitness tracking, Garmin’s ecosystem, and longer battery life than many smartwatches, it can make sense. But for sleep-only use, a cheaper band or a sleep-focused ring/service is usually better value.

Quick take: buy the Venu 3 only if you’ll use it as an everyday watch. For sleep tracking alone, look more at Fitbit Charge 6, Oura Ring, or WHOOP.

Prices change a lot, so check sold/completed listings before buying.
