Is it better to shop at No Frills or Walmart?

• For produce, meat, dairy, and weekly grocery staples, prices can swing a lot by flyer and location, so either store may be cheaper in a given week.

Best approach: make your shopping list, check both current flyers/apps, and compare the exact items you buy most often. If both are nearby, splitting the trip can save money; if convenience matters more, Walmart may be the easier one-stop option.
